1.Person in charge of group must be at park at all times.
2.Schedule of workers with addresses must be turned in or mailed to volunteer coordinator at:
7909 N.W. 75 Ave., Tamarac, Fl. 33321 (Due Two weeks prior to festival)
3.Amount awarded will be adjusted if agreed upon hours or people count is not met. Adults can not be substituted with minors.
4.Food is not provided from the Woodstock Staff Area Kitchen Tent.
5.All volunteers need to fill out a festival volunteer form

Volunteers are needed in the following areas during the event: Barricades, parking lot, vendor helpers,
Set-up, clean-up, canned food collectors, Santa’s helpers, handing out flyers or maps, registration desk,
Check-in desk, and some other miscellaneous areas. Adults may be used in other areas.
Volunteers will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Application due date: November 15.
Wear comfortable clothes, and sneakers. Make a copy of this page before turning in. Placement with friends
Cannot be guaranteed. Not reporting to assigned area will result in dismissal and no service hours. No cell
phone use while on duty. Groups volunteering will need to make arrangements for buying food at festival.

I, the undersigned, do hereby forever discharge, release and hold harmless: Woodstock Arts & Crafts Festival, Inc., The City of Sunrise The Andrews Group, LLC (Promoters), and their sponsors, of and from any and all manner of action, suits, damages or legal claims whatsoever including releasee’s act of negligence or omissions arising from any loss or damage to the person or persons or property of the undersigned while in the possession or under the supervision of the promoters and/or while participating in the above styled Event including set up and tear down., I hereby consent to and agree to abide by all the Rules and Regulations established for the above Event. Further, if I fail to report to my assigned duty, that failure will be grounds for immediate ejection from the Event by the Promoter or the Volunteer Coordinator.
